Shipping Policy

*PLEASE ALLOW 24-48 HOURS FOR ALL ORDERS TO BE PROCESSED. NO ORDERS ARE SHIPPED AFTER 3PM PICKUP TIME ON FRIDAY OR OVER THE WEEKENDS. THIS MEANS ALL ORDERS PLACED AFTER 2:30PM ON FRIDAYS WILL BE PROCESSED ON MONDAYS (IF IT IS NOT A HOLIDAY).*

Retail Shipping Rates:

Republic Of Ireland Shipping (2-11 business days): £5.70 GBP

United Kingdom Shipping (2-4 business days): £5.70 GBP

Rest of world Shipping (0-10 Kg): £12.00 GBP


Business Days:

Business days are Monday-Friday NOT including Holidays OR Weekends.

The United Kingdom Postal Service is closed on weekends as well as Federal and National Holidays.

Please keep in mind that the postal service does NOT ship nor do they move items to other facilities on weekends. For example, if your order is placed Friday after 3pm, it will be in USPS possession until Monday when they resume transportation and delivery.


Backordered/Out of Stock Items:

If your order contains a backordered or out of stock item (listed on your invoice or communicated through email), your shipping time may be delayed unless you contact the shipping department (bellenubianuk1@gmail.com) to let us know you would like to make a substitution (buyer pays difference in price when applicable; replacement item must be of same or greater price) or if you would like the rest of your order shipped ahead and have the back ordered or out of stock item shipped at a later time. When choosing the latter, the buyer pays the second shipping fee and receives a free gift (if eligible). Under no circumstance will shipping fee be waived once buyer agrees to split order into

We are not responsible for any packages marked delivered by carrier or postal workers not in your possession. Any issues pertaining to packages marked delivered, it is the responsibility of the receiver to file a claim online. In addition, we are not responsible for any delays due to the COVID-19 pandemic or the holding of any packages by International agencies. This is not typical for every customer, but should be taken into consideration.***
